Final demand prices were unchanged in July, seasonally adjusted. Goods fell 0.7 percent, construction rose 2.2 percent and services rose 0.2 percent, and the twelve month rate came down from 5.5 percent to 4.7 percent.
UK goods exports fell £2.2bn, or 6.3 percent, in June to £33.0bn. Over Quarter 2 as a whole they rose £5.5bn, or 5.7 percent. The total trade deficit widened by £0.3bn to £8.0bn.
