Set at the county level, and it lands on every parcel in Cape Coral.

Shards of broken vehicle safety glass lie scattered along a kerb and across a drain grate on a street, with the roadway and buildings behind thrown completely out of focus. The Florida Highway Patrol has now published an account of how Wednesday night's fatal crash on Cemetery Road happened, saying a Nissan crossed the centre line into the direct path of an oncoming Chevrolet and the two vehicles met head-on

The patrol says a Nissan Kicks crossed the centre line on Cemetery Road at about 6.40 p.m. and met an eastbound Chevrolet Suburban head-on. The Nissan driver died at the scene. The investigation is open and nobody has been named.
