Areas near 1519 SW 53rd Lane are under precautionary boil-water notices after a drinking-water main break, according to Cape Coral's active advisory map records. An area near 3120 SE 6th Avenue also remains listed.

The city records two active areas associated with the SW 53rd Lane address. Residents should check the map linked from the city's boil-water page for their own property. The listed addresses do not establish that an entire street is affected.

Separately, the city's rescission records show that notices near 2029 Savona Parkway West and 2918 SE 8th Avenue were lifted Friday, October 16.

For customers still under notice, the city recommends a rolling boil for one minute before use or consumption, or bottled water.
