Cape Coral's active boil-water notice map lists two precautionary advisory records at 801 Cape Coral Parkway West after water interruptions Saturday morning.
Both notices are active.
One city record lists a water interruption at about 9:45 a.m. Saturday. The second lists an interruption at about 10:31 a.m. at the same reference address with a second location marker. Both records identify a water main break, and neither carries a rescission date.
The city map does not give a customer count or a street-by-street boundary. Residents should check the mapped areas and any direct notice they received.
Cape Coral advises affected customers to bring water to a rolling boil for one minute before drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes. Bottled water can be used instead. The precaution does not restrict showering or laundry.
The notices stay in effect until testing clears the water and the city posts rescissions.
