Cape Coral has lifted two notices.
The precautionary boil water areas were near 419 SW 52nd Street and 2007 SE 13th Street. The city's rescission records say both notices began Thursday after water main breaks, affected drinking water and ended late Saturday morning; neither area remains in the active layer of the city's live water notice map.
What changes for customers
Customers covered by the two rescinded areas no longer need to follow precautionary boil water steps for those incidents.
One separate Cape Coral notice remains active near 1215 SE 16th Street. Residents near that area should check the city map for the exact boundary and continue following the notice until Cape Coral rescinds it.
