What has changed since the first report

This site covered the closure at a quarter to seven, on Gulf Coast News reporting stamped 3.49 a.m., and said in terms that no cause had been given and no injury reported.

That is the gap the WINK item closes. The rest of the picture is the same one: officers working a crash on Veterans Parkway between Southwest 20th Avenue and Chiquita Boulevard, with the investigation blocking the parkway in both directions.

The newsroom that carried the original closure has not matched the fatality. Its article still carries the stamp it carried at ten to four on Sunday morning, with no update, which is why this brief rests on a single outlet and says so rather than presenting two.

What has not been released
