Cape Coral closes SW 20th Avenue north of Trafalgar Parkway through Tuesday, with detours on SW 19th Place and Chiquita Boulevard

The City of Cape Coral says SW 20th Avenue north of Trafalgar Parkway is closed September 21 and 22.

Blake Wallis at WINK News reported the advisory after the city posted its official traffic notice Monday morning.

The detours

Southbound traffic is being diverted to SW 19th Place. Northbound traffic is being routed along Trafalgar Parkway to Chiquita Boulevard.

Drivers should follow the posted detour signs and allow extra time while the two-day closure remains in effect.
