Saundra Weston, president of the rowing club, told the outlet:

"I am ecstatic. I'm overwhelmed. I'm blown away. I mean, I didn't see this coming. I mean, seriously, this is the most amazing, amazing outcome I ever could have expected."

The club plans to inspect the property at Tropicana Park to make sure it matches its plans, the report says, before preparing for the start of its season in October.
