The Florida Highway Patrol has classified an incident at 5179 Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers as a fatality.

The state dispatch board lists three time stamps on Sunday afternoon's entry and identifies the county as Lee. The board prints a twelve hour clock without an AM or PM marker, so those times cannot safely be assigned to morning or afternoon from the row alone.

For drivers, the useful part is clear. The patrol reports NO ROADBLOCK. There is no closure or lane restriction on this entry, so it is not being carried as an active breaking item.

The patrol has published no account of what happened. The row does not say how many people were involved, identify anybody, describe a vehicle or state a cause. It carries no citation and no finding of fault. Fatality is the agency's classification of its dispatch call, and nothing more should be inferred from it.
