The Florida Governmental Utility Authority lists two active boil-water notices in Lehigh Acres after repairs near 1002 Gerald Avenue and 401 Chaucer Avenue.

FGUA says the Gerald Avenue break affected 106 customers. Those repairs are complete. The Chaucer Avenue notice also reports completed repairs and restored service.

Affected customers should boil water for drinking or cooking for one minute, or use bottled water, until testing permits FGUA to lift the notices.

FGUA lifted a separate October 14 planned-work advisory for eight connections at 1402 to 1514 Gerald Avenue on Friday after laboratory testing confirmed the water was safe. That rescission covers the earlier work, not the two newly posted notices.
