Marco Island firefighters were called to a high-rise condominium in the 900 block of Cape Marco Drive early on Thursday after flames started on the 25th floor, NBC-2 reported.

Crews responded at about 1:09 a.m. and, once the fire was located, Marco Island police officers and fire personnel evacuated the building, according to the station, whose report is credited to digital content producer Tyler Watkins.

Marco Island Fire Rescue said no building occupants were injured. One firefighter was hurt and taken to a local hospital with injuries the department described as not life threatening.

Greater Naples Fire Rescue, the Naples Fire Rescue District and Collier County Emergency Medical Services also responded. Fire officials said the cause of the fire is under investigation.
