Florida's two public structural integrity reserve study databases contained 8,961 distinct normalized association names Thursday morning, after 197 names appearing in both date-split tables were counted once.

The older DBPR table lists 6,086 project rows. The July 2025 and later table lists 4,238.

DBPR says entries are displayed exactly as submitted and only complete forms appear. Section 718.112 requires an association to notify the division within 45 days after receiving its study.

The 8,961 figure is not a compliance rate. Florida has not published the number of associations required to obtain a study, and submitted names are not legal-entity identifiers. An absent name does not by itself establish a violation.
