All Trudy warnings for Mexico's coast and the Islas Marias have been discontinued, the National Hurricane Center said in Advisory 22. Coastal hazards remain.

The 21:00 UTC Sunday advisory puts sustained winds at 100 mph and forecasts the hurricane moving away from mainland Mexico. It expects rapid weakening to begin Sunday night.

An additional one to four inches of rain could fall along and near Jalisco's coast through Sunday night, with localized flash flooding and mudslides possible. Swells are expected to cause dangerous surf and rip currents along southwestern and west-central Mexico over the next two to three days.

The withdrawal replaces the coastal warning reported earlier Sunday.
