GlobalTech says its 2025 loss was $11.55m, not the $3.15m previously reported, after the company recorded an additional $8.40m valuation allowance against deferred tax assets.
Cash does not change.
The correction reduces year-end assets to $100.50m from $103.15m and increases liabilities to $69.07m from $63.31m. Stockholders' equity falls to $31.43m from $39.83m. GlobalTech says revenue, cash flow and liquidity are unaffected.
The company said investors should no longer rely on its 2025 annual statements or the comparative 2025 figures included in its first two quarterly reports of 2026. It plans to amend all three filings.
GlobalTech also identified material weaknesses tied to the tax accounting issue and said its disclosure controls were ineffective at December 31, 2025.
