Former Estero High employee is jailed on four charges involving a child

The Lee County Sheriff's Office booking record lists one count each tied to child pornography, human trafficking, lewd or lascivious battery and cruelty toward a child. The record says Saldivar was booked Thursday afternoon and remains in custody.
Gulf Coast News reports that Saldivar denied the allegations to deputies. The outlet says the School District of Lee County identified him as a former ESE paraprofessional who worked at Estero High for three weeks before he was fired. The district said the allegations do not involve a student at the school.
The jail record sets a Circuit Court hearing for September 28. The charges are accusations, and no court has determined guilt.
