The westbound Corkscrew Road roadblock at South Tamiami Trail is no longer on the Highway Patrol's live board

The Florida Highway Patrol no longer lists the injury crash that had blocked westbound Corkscrew Road at South Tamiami Trail in Estero early Wednesday.

The state logged the incident shortly before 5.40 a.m. Its record describes a vehicle crash with injuries and a roadblock, then says the roadblock is in the westbound lanes of Corkscrew Road. The Highway Patrol tells drivers to use caution.

The entry remained on the live board at 5.44 a.m. with no arrival or clearing time posted. By about 6.27 a.m., it was no longer on the board. The record does not say how many lanes were blocked, how many people were injured or how serious any injuries were.

The end of the live listing means the state board no longer shows the westbound restriction. It does not supply a separate clearing time or crash report.
