Venture Global sells 465.8 TBtu of LNG as fixed fee rises to $6.79
Venture Global sold 465.8 trillion British thermal units of LNG in the third quarter and exported 124 cargoes, according to a Form 8-K filed Wednesday. Its implied weighted-average fixed liquefaction fee was $6.79 per MMBtu.
Volume barely moved.
The company reported 466.4 TBtu, 127 cargoes and a $6.45 fee in the second quarter. The third-quarter fee was 5.3 percent higher.
Calcasieu Pass supplied 137.7 TBtu across 37 cargoes. Plaquemines supplied 328.1 TBtu across 87 cargoes.
Five delivered-basis cargoes totaling 20.4 TBtu left Venture Global terminals during the quarter but will be recognized in fourth-quarter revenue. The company will report net income, cash flow and its other third-quarter results later.
