THOR quarterly profit falls 68% as RV maker withholds 2027 outlook
THOR Industries reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $40.8 million, down 67.5 percent from a year earlier, as sales fell 8.4 percent to $2.31 billion.
Margins narrowed sharply. The earnings release shows gross margin at 12.4 percent, down from 14.7 percent. Dealer inventories were 11.5 percent lower than a year earlier.
Full-year sales edged up 0.3 percent to $9.61 billion, but net income fell 31.3 percent to $177.5 million. THOR said it would wait until after September industry events in Hershey and Elkhart before issuing fiscal 2027 guidance. The company expects the retail market to remain relatively flat and said its restructuring and strategic initiatives target more than $100 million in annual savings once fully implemented.
