Stitch Fix expects fiscal 2027 revenue between $1.31bn and $1.36bn, a range running from a 2.8 percent decline to 0.9 percent growth. The company reported that outlook in a Form 8-K filed Wednesday.
Fiscal 2026 revenue rose 6.4 percent to $1.35bn. Fourth-quarter revenue increased 4.2 percent to $324.4m. Active clients still fell. The year ended with a $12.6m net loss and $53.4m of adjusted EBITDA.
The first-quarter range is weaker: $323m to $328m of revenue, down between 5.6 percent and 4.1 percent. Stitch Fix said shipment timing and a post-checkout offer change reduced expected Fix volume. The company said it corrected that change and does not expect the effect to extend beyond the quarter.
