SITE Centers expects its common shares to leave the New York Stock Exchange before trading opens December 4, according to an October 16 SEC filing. The company notified the exchange on October 15 of its intention to delist voluntarily.

The change is still pending. SITE Centers intends to file Form 25 with the SEC on November 23. Board authority for the withdrawal became effective when the company sold its interests in the Dividend Trust Portfolio joint venture. The planned delisting concerns the common shares currently traded under the symbol SITC.
