Lucid delivered 3,806 vehicles after producing 2,954 in the third quarter

Lucid delivered 3,806 vehicles in the third quarter and produced 2,954, drawing down existing inventory as part of its operating reset.

Deliveries exceeded output.

The company said production fell from the prior quarter after it eliminated a second shift at its Arizona factory in June. It tied the lower output and inventory conversion to a plan targeting $1.4bn of cash-flow improvements in 2026. That figure remains a company target.

Lucid plans to report third-quarter financial results on November 9. Monday's filing gives operating counts, not revenue or profit, so it does not show the financial effect of the inventory reduction.
