Honeywell raises its 2026 adjusted EPS range to $8.40 to $8.45 after third-quarter adjusted profit rises 34 percent
Thirty-four percent. That is how much Honeywell's adjusted third-quarter profit grew, to $2.27 a share from $1.70, according to results filed with the SEC before the open on Thursday.
Sales barely moved on a reported basis, rising 1 percent to $4.99bn. On the company's organic measure, which adjusts for divestitures, currency and recent acquisitions, they grew 7 percent. Reported earnings fell 20 percent to $2.40 a share, which the Charlotte company attributes mainly to a one-time gain in the year-earlier quarter from ending its Resideo agreement.
