Douglas Grimm became Fox Factory's interim chief executive on October 16 as the suspension maker cut its annual sales forecast, according to its SEC filing. He replaces Mike Dennison. Grimm is not seeking the permanent role.

The company now expects fiscal 2026 sales of $1.35bn to $1.38bn, down from $1.42bn to $1.47bn. About $63m of the reduction reflects the sale of Marucci Sports.

Preliminary sales for the quarter ended October 2 were $336m to $340m, below guidance of $355m to $380m. Those figures are unaudited and subject to change. The company attributed the shortfall to weaker performance at Marucci and operating difficulties across its remaining businesses. Full results are due November 5.
