Dillard's will move its two primary listings from NYSE to TXSE
Dillard's will transfer the primary listings of its Class A shares and its capital trust securities from the New York Stock Exchange to the Texas Stock Exchange, according to a Friday filing.
Two securities are involved. Dillard's expects their NYSE primary trading to end at the October 2 market close and their TXSE primary trading to begin when markets open October 5.
The Class A shares would keep the symbol DDS. The 7.50 percent capital securities of Dillard's Capital Trust I would keep DDT. Both have been approved for listing on TXSE.
The company said holders need take no action. The transfer changes the primary exchange, not the ticker symbols.
