Dentsply Sirona raises leverage limits and restricts new debt through year-end
Dentsply Sirona raised the maximum total and senior leverage ratios under its revolving facility and three note agreements for the September and December quarters, according to a Form 8-K filed Friday.
The amendments also permit an additional EBITDA addback for certain cash costs during those quarters. The room comes with controls. Until Dentsply delivers its compliance certificate for 2026, the agreements generally bar new liens and subsidiary debt and limit restricted payments, subject to carveouts.
They also add quarterly reporting on cost and savings initiatives. The company said the revised terms are intended to keep it in material compliance with its debt covenants. Higher leverage can also trigger additional interest on the notes.
