The New York Stock Exchange has suspended trading in BlackSky's warrants for selling too cheaply, and they were due to expire next month at a strike of $92.00

Holders of BlackSky warrants no longer have an exchange to sell them on.

The New York Stock Exchange notified the company on 7 August that it had determined to begin proceedings to delist the warrants and to suspend trading in them immediately, and it announced that decision publicly on 10 August. BlackSky filed the notice on Thursday. The ground the exchange gave is the one written into Section 802.01D of its Listed Company Manual, quoted in the filing as abnormally low selling price levels.

The terms of the instrument are in the document and the price of it is not. Each warrant is exercisable for Class A common stock at $92.00 a share, and the filing says they expire in September 2026. No warrant price appears, no share price appears, and no count of warrants outstanding appears.

The common stock is not part of this

The filing separates the two securities in a single sentence, and the separation is the reassurance in it. Trading in the common stock will be unaffected and continues on the exchange under BKSY, subject to what the filing calls the company's continued compliance with the exchange's other continued listing requirements. Nothing else is disclosed. The document runs to one paragraph of substance and is signed by Christiana Lin, the general counsel and chief administrative officer.
