Barratt Redrow cuts 2027 home completion range after planning delays
The top of Barratt Redrow's 2027 completion range has come down by 300 homes. The company now expects 17,500 to 17,900 completions, against its earlier range of 17,700 to 18,200.
The range narrowed too. Barratt cited planning delays and cut its expected average sales outlets to about 405 from about 415.
For the year ended June 28, the company completed 17,667 homes, up 5 percent on its aggregated prior-year comparison. Revenue rose 6.6 percent to £6.06 billion, while adjusted pretax profit before purchase price allocation adjustments fell 7.1 percent to £572.8 million.
