$29.4bn is now the midpoint.
Baker Hughes set a $29.4bn midpoint for 2026 revenue after adding Chart Industries from its July 16 acquisition, the company said in an SEC filing Wednesday. The new range is $28.5bn to $30.3bn, with adjusted EBITDA of $4.875bn to $5.475bn.
Chart is expected to contribute $1.85bn to $2.25bn of revenue and $300m to $400m of adjusted EBITDA. Those figures cover only the period after closing and are weighted toward the fourth quarter.
The company left its Baker Hughes outlook unchanged. It expects second half orders to exceed revenue and said it has executed $35m of Chart integration synergies since closing.
