Update, 12:02 a.m. October 14: The crash entry was no longer on the Florida Highway Patrol incident board. Its removal does not confirm a reopening or establish when the incident ended.

The Florida Highway Patrol reported a crash with injuries at Wiggins Pass Road and Tamiami Trail North in Collier County on October 13. Its public incident board listed the location in the Naples area and marked the roadblock status unknown.

The entry gave no injury count. It did not identify the vehicles involved, describe the cause or confirm a lane closure.

Drivers should check current traffic conditions before relying on a route through the intersection. The earlier listing did not establish that the road was closed, or that traffic was moving normally.
