The one with a time on it is on San Carlos Boulevard. The county gives the affected addresses as 15631 through 15671 San Carlos Boulevard, describes the work in its own words as a fireline repair, and stamps the incident for 2.00 p.m. on Friday. That record was created on Wednesday morning, two days before the hour it carries, and it has not been edited since.

The second open record is at 10300 Forest Knoll Court. The county describes it as a water main cut and cap, lists that single address as the affected one, and stamps it for nine o'clock on Wednesday morning. It has carried no lift date since, which puts it past two days. It has not been edited since it went up either.

Both polygons were geocoded against the Census Bureau's current benchmark. The San Carlos Boulevard notice falls in the Iona area of Fort Myers, and the Forest Knoll Court notice falls in Harlem Heights, both in Lee County.

Both records carry the type code SSD. The county does not publish what its type codes mean, either on the map or on its notices page, so no meaning is claimed for that code here and the county's own plain description of each job is quoted instead.

The position has moved since this site last read the layer on August 11. The single record open that morning, a four inch main break on Wittman Drive, was lifted at 9.45 a.m. on Wednesday. The City of Cape Coral runs a separate water system on a separate map, and a Cape Coral address is not covered by either of these notices. That map could not be read on this pass, so no Cape Coral figure is given here in either direction.
