The I-75 roadblock at mile marker 143 is no longer listed by FHP

The Florida Highway Patrol no longer lists the northbound Interstate 75 roadblock at mile marker 143 in North Fort Myers.

The patrol's public incident board received the call shortly before 9:30 p.m. Friday. Direct checks continued to show the same northbound location and roadblock through about 11 p.m. Two later checks, including one at 11:26 p.m., no longer carried the record.

The state record did not identify which lane or lanes were affected. It also gave no vehicle count, injury information, detour or estimated clearing time. The board does not state the exact time the road fully reopened.
