The state board received the report at 8.08 a.m. Sunday and listed the roadblock at 8.09 a.m. The entry remained active when this desk read the Highway Patrol's incident board at about 8.26 a.m.
A second direct read at 8.34 a.m. returned 103 active incidents statewide, but the Colonial Boulevard entry was gone. The populated board and the exact match establish that the incident cleared from the active list rather than the board failing to load.
