FDLE says a 76-year-old man has been missing from Naples since September 13, and deputies are asking the public to help find him

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement lists James Anthony Nicoletta, 76, as missing from Naples since September 13. The state flyer says he is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes.

Carson Zorn of Gulf Coast News reported Wednesday that the Collier County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help find Nicoletta after he was last seen visiting friends in North Naples and did not return to Jensen Beach to meet family.

Anyone with information should call the Collier County Sheriff's Office at 239-252-9300. The FDLE flyer also lists the state missing persons line at 1-888-356-4774.

The appeal does not accuse Nicoletta or anyone else of a crime. His identifying information appears here because state and county authorities have asked the public to help locate him.
