Both rows were gone from the state board by 9.55 a.m., and two reads of that board three minutes apart confirm it against a grid that was otherwise fully populated, so this is a real absence rather than a failed read. What the record does not give is a clearance time. This board stamps a status change in a third timestamp field, and on both of these rows that field stayed empty for as long as the rows were visible. So the honest statement is a window rather than a moment: the ramps were recorded blocked at 8.04 a.m. and were no longer on the board at 9.55 a.m. Almost nothing else is known and this brief does not fill the gap.
