FHP no longer lists a morning crash that blocked a lane on Bayshore Road at Park 78 Drive

The Florida Highway Patrol no longer lists a morning crash that blocked the eastbound right lane of Bayshore Road at Park 78 Drive in North Fort Myers.

The patrol listed the call as a vehicle crash with a roadblock when the event watcher captured it at 7:44 a.m. Eastern on September 28.

An afternoon check returned a populated statewide board, but the Park 78 Drive entry was gone. The patrol published no vehicle count, injury information, cause or detour.

The listed lane block is no longer active on the board. Its removal does not establish whether anyone was hurt or independently confirm current road conditions.
