$1.24bn. That was Bloom Energy's third-quarter revenue, up 138 percent from $519.0m a year earlier, according to results the San Jose maker of onsite power systems filed with the SEC on Thursday afternoon. Product revenue rose 179 percent to $1.07bn.

The company now expects 2026 revenue of $4.4bn to $4.6bn and non-GAAP earnings of $3.10 to $3.40 a share. Chief financial officer Simon Edwards said it was the third time this year that the outlook had been raised.

Profit followed the sales. Operating income reached $225.4m against $7.8m, and net income attributable to common stockholders was $250.3m, or 78 cents a diluted share, against a loss of $23.1m. Non-GAAP diluted earnings were 94 cents against 15 cents. Gross margin widened to 33.8 percent from 29.2 percent. The release also marks the company's addition to the S&P 500.
