Netflix revenue rose 13 percent to $12.56bn in the second quarter
Netflix reported second-quarter revenue of $12.56bn, up 13 percent from $11.08bn a year earlier, and an operating margin of 33.4 percent, down from 34.1 percent in the same quarter of 2025. The company posted the results on Thursday. Operating income was $4.2bn, up 11 percent, and diluted earnings came to $0.80 a share against $0.72 a year earlier. Free cash flow fell to $1.5bn from $2.3bn, which Netflix attributed in part to higher cash tax payments and a termination fee tied to Warner Bros. The company narrowed its full-year revenue forecast to a range of $51.0bn to $51.4bn and held its operating margin target at 31.5 percent. It guided third-quarter revenue to $12.86bn.
